Equipment line
We have a wide range of tanker and loading equipment configurations that allow us to offer a collection system adapted to any type of route. In general, the construction is elliptical in section, achieving “a low centre of gravity” that provides a high degree of stability to the vehicle.
Loading systems
We mainly offer two types of system: “vacuum”, by compressor, or by “flexible rotor pump”, with remote control (high flow from 350 to 550 l/min). Both mounted systems are mainly driven by a hydraulic system. A universal joint system can also be fitted, or even one with autonomous diesel engines.
Insulated
All these tankers are built to ATP standards to guarantee a stable product temperature. This is achieved thanks to the integral polyurethane inner lining, the access hatches (with heat-insulated neck and lid) and the lower loading and unloading pipes that are protected inside the insulation.
Exterior lining or veneer
Generally made with an integral construction in bright stainless steel, using pre-tensioned sheets (without strapping) that provide a hermetic seal to protect the insulation, as well as the uniform and modern exterior aesthetic that characterises our tankers.
Control systems
It is possible to incorporate various types of control systems in the tankers such as: level detectors for pump loads (they stop the pump when the tanks are filled), sampler, temperature probes, measuring equipment including degassers and electro-magnetic meters.
